Clean place with excellent view of the lake. Bright room with exceptionally comfortable bed, an individual safe, a minibar, and coffee/tea makers. The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were excellent, unbeatable and best possible location really close to the bridge, the river. Our queen room with double bed, the AC on 65 degrees was cool. The staff was amiable and knowledgeable as we expected.

Gorgeous place with attentive staff like a doorman, loved it. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I was there for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast.

THE LOCATION
AT THE RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST THEY HAD US STANDING FOR NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES AND TREATING US IN AN UNFRIENDLY WAY, WE WENT TO THE JW FOR BREAKFAST. THE ROOM VERY NOISY ON THE STREET AND THE CLEANING STAFF STARTS TALKING AND YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING

The staff provided really good service, from the smooth early check-in with Brian to the quick air conditioning fix by the engineering team. Enjoyed the fine view from the Townlake suite and the modern vibes throughout the facility. The front desk's reception felt distant, and the decor with bullets could be unsettling for some guests. While the location is convenient, the pool scene resembles more of a party atmosphere rather than a family-friendly environment.

The RHS has one big asset. The location of the hotel is right on the "bat-bridge."

The coffee shop in the lobby had the best cappuccinos and my room was surprisingly spacious with a cozy seating area. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying the river views and lounging under the sun.
